Repair, Replacement & Refund Policy

PH Scientific exists for one purpose: To provide excellent buying solutions that give a neutral choice for scientific lab supplies and equipment.
We make every effort to ensure that we carry a good range of products sourced from within New Zealand and overseas to meet your every need.

This policy has been established to give you the comfort of knowing that, subject to the conditions set out below, if any product you purchase online directly from pH Scientific is found to be defective, or it does not meet your needs, pH Scientific will happily repair or replace the product, or offer you a refund or credit. This policy includes the rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (see below) and provides you with benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is very important to us. 

What is the pH Scientific refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us (which is not from a Third Party Seller), you can return that product to us and we will happily replace, repair within a reasonable timeframe or refund the original purchase price of that product.  We just require that the product is returned to us within 30 days of you having received it and that the product and packaging is in its original condition and is re-saleable.

Products ordered online through PH Scientific which are from third party sellers may have different refund/return policies than those offered by us.  Please see information regarding the Seller Return Policy for more information.

Seller Return Policy

When you order from a seller that fulfils and ships its own inventory (also called a Third Party Seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of pH Scientific. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to pH Scientific, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller's return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller's profile page.

Third-party sellers must either provide a return address, provide a pre-paid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned.
